Smarty Uninstaller 4 End User License Agreement

General

Under this End User License Agreement (the 'Agreement'), OneSmarty, Alex Kryvdyk (the 'Author') grants to the user (the 'Licensee') a non-exclusive and non-transferable license (the 'License') to use Smarty Uninstaller (the 'Software'). Software includes the executable computer programs and any related printed, electronic and online documentation and any other files that may accompany the product.

The rights and obligations of this Agreement are personal rights granted to the Licensee only. The Licensee may not transfer or assign any of the rights or obligations granted under this Agreement to any other person or legal entity.

Warranty

The Software, information and documentation is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event the Author shall be liable for any damages whatsoever including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of business profits or special damages, even if the Author have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

No other warranties. Author does not warrant that the Software is error free. Author disclaims all other warranties with respect to the Software, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and no infringement of third party rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Licensing

Software is distributed on a shareware basis. Please test Software in trial mode before purchasing a license. No refunds will be given once you have received a license file for it. You can purchase a license for Software at http://www.smartuninstall.com

License types

Standard license allows to install and use one licensed copy of Software on two computers. Includes free updates for one year.

Lifetime license allows to install and use one licensed copy of Software on two computers and receive all future updates and upgrades free of charge.

Distribution

It is allowed to include Software on a cover cd/flash for a book or a magazine without asking for the permission of the author

Trademarks

All brand names and product names used are trademarks or trade names of their respective holders.

All references, logos, images, names, products, software and hardware are or may be copyrights or trademarks of their respective companies.

No copyright infringement is intended.

Important

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you have to remove the Software from your storage devices and do not use the Software.
